About

Helping Families to Know God and Walk Humbly with Him

CreationSpeech connects creation and scripture as examples of the speech of the living God that pours out to us every day.

An insightful DVD series (Behold Your God) emphasized that a core issue today is a low view of God. An aim of CreationSpeech is to extol God,  commend His works, and declare His mighty acts to the next generation (Psalm 145:4). I am awe-struck by the infinite wisdom of God behind the existence of butterflies, plants, and their interrelationships. Even so, the speech of God through His creation would go unnoticed without His Word. As John Calvin explained, “For with Scripture as our guide and teacher, not only does He make plain those things that would otherwise escape our notice, he virtually forces us to behold them, as if he had assisted our dull sight with eyeglasses.”

Maybe CreationSpeech will be used by the Holy Spirit to cause some to fall on their knees before God, repent of their sins and be renewed in Christ.

Maybe it will encourage parents and grandparents to work alongside their children to plant gardens for food, create meadows for butterflies, photograph new discoveries, and declare His glory to others.

A goal is to help families to know the reality of God, walk humbly with Him in Christ, and resist the ways of culture and society that do not acknowledge Him.

A hope is to encourage fellow believers to come alive to responsibilities of obedience, stewardship, and worship.

There is no end to knowing the living God, the creator of all things. The adventure is a privilege and a way to enjoy God.

Resources are the books “Butterflies and Moths Pour Out Speech” and “Gardens Pour Out Speech.”

Work alongside children to plant gardens, make new discoveries, know the reality of God, walk humbly with Him in Christ, and resist the ways of culture and society that do not acknowledge Him.

Meet

Neal Bringe

Hello! I’m Neal Bringe, author, and photographer behind CreationSpeech.

I was blessed to study God’s creation in college (Ph.D. Food Science), at work (Senior Principal Scientist), with family (creating gardens for butterflies and produce), by studying the Bible (Deacon, Orthodox Presbyterian Church) and by having an eye for beauty (First Place in Crested Butte Wildflower Festival Photo Competition, 2016).

My wife Lida and I are grateful for our five children and two grandchildren. We lived in MN, IL, MO and now in Elizabeth, CO.
