Splendor and Majesty are of God.
Out of the north comes golden splendor; God is clothed with awesome majesty.
Job 37:22
His splendor and majesty can be described as His supreme greatness, power, authority and glory. How can one really grasp the divine character of a triune God (God, Jesus, Holy Spirit)? An answer is in His works.
He upholds the universe by the word of His power
Hebrews 1:3b
The heavens proclaim his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory.
Psalm 97:6
Full of splendor and majesty is his work
Psalm 111:3a
His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made.
Romans 1:20b
There is a different flower for every part of the field and for every elevation, year and season. The soil compositions and pollinators and seed dispersing mechanisms are diverse. The infinite God knows the interdependence of all the parts. In Christ, we see creation as made in His wisdom and delight to study it as we enjoy God.
Great are the works of the LORD, studied by all who delight in them.
Psalm 111:2

As we study God’s creation we may receive praise for our discoveries. A tendency is to forget to acknowledge God. Unfortunately I know this from my own experience.
Dear God, forgive us for neglecting to praise you while idolizing man. Surely it is Christ in us that is great. Help us to be obedient to the Word/truth/Jesus, leading to righteousness, peace and joy. Let your Spirit remind us to proclaim your greatness. May this fruit characterize our life. Amen.
So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.
Psalm 71:18
What a joy to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit through mountains and meadows to know God better.
He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.
Psalm 23:2
Love the black and white contrasts of the mountain scene, but all is beautiful. “Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness”
Thanks Neal for keeping us alert to the glories around us.
